- Please ensure that the payment amount indicated on the parcel is correct and paid in full. We are not liable for any additional payments you may incur beyond the amount specified on the parcel.
- Video Recording Requirement:
- Make a video while opening your parcel. This video should clearly show the condition of the parcel before opening and the unboxing process itself. This evidence is crucial in case you need to file a complaint about missing or damaged products.
Complaint Process
- Missing or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a parcel with missing or damaged products, you must provide video evidence of the unboxing process. This video will be required to process any complaints and initiate a resolution.
- Submission of Complaints:
- Complaints regarding missing or damaged products must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Please include the video evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
Liability
- Liability for Damages:
- We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping if the parcel is accepted and opened without following the specified guidelines.
- Additional Costs:
- We are not liable for any additional costs that may arise from the delivery or handling of the parcel. This includes but is not limited to customs fees, taxes, or additional courier charges.
